France Dijon

The beauty of Gevrey-Chambertin is also the proximity of Dijon which is a really beautiful medieval city… It gave us the opportunity to visit the Beaux Arts museum and get some nice views and of course learn more about a culture that ran France.

But of course we also just simply enjoyed walking on the streets as it is really nice and the weather having been good with us helped a lot!

Having said this, the whole day was building up for the evening dinner at La Dame d’Aquitaine and woaw what a great surprise…

That one was a killer… a great fellowship moment with tremendous food and a service worth one Michelin star… no doubt. Not only the food was great but the matching wines were divine and the overall experience made me think… I will come back!
