Our hotel France Lyon Carlton gave us as a tip to try this place, at the start we did not know this was related to Paul Baucuse, yes THE Paul Baucuse and guess what, not disappointed whatsoever… this brasserie offers a perfect service in a premium location and walking distance from the hotel… Fantastic experience… for this gamma of restaurants, top. check the pics…

If you check the price list, you for sure will realise that the price is reasonable and for sure when you experience such quality service and where the bistronomy concept makes a lot of sense! We also realised that they also have another one called Le Nord and that will be the topic of my next post :-).

Really worth it and try more than one as even if part of the menu overlaps, they have their specifics and go try them!
