Japan Tokyo Bistro Marx

When visiting the Ginza Nissan Crossing we spotted in that nice building that Thierry Marx had both his gastronomic restaurant and also his bistro. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get a table et the restaurant so the fallback plan was the bistro and we have not been disappointed!

Never forget that Tokyo is the city with the biggest number of Michelin stars restaurants and when you taste the local food and even the international one cooked locally, you quickly understand why! Mr. Marx even if holder of two stars in Paris (Mandarin), is not holding one in Tokyo yet and he is known as the most Japanese French chef.

Now our experience in the bistro, honestly we spent a delicious evening eating delicate food with nice local wine in a nice environment and a flawless service.

The pictures will speak for themselves, all is open and transparent, allergies of course taken into account and menu adapted accordingly, access to the terrace for a picture, … all top notch work!

I sincerely recommend the place if you are in Tokyo…
