This brasserie was recommended by Le Sud and not a surprise we loved it… all you may expect from a top brasserie is there available. As le Sud was kind of oriented to Mediterranean food, this one, even if menus are somewhat overlapping, it also displays specifics Lyon dishes and look below…

You can see that we could go for local food and enjoyed it to the full from starter to coffee and no disappointment whatsoever! On the contrary  we loved the experience as we did for Le Sud. As mention on the previous post about Le Sud, check the price list and you will quickly see the price/quality ratio is amazing.

It is clear now that if Paul Baucuse did put his name against the brand, they have to live up to that standard and comply day-in day-out so that no one is disappointed by the experience!
